Welcome to UJALSONS, a brand operated by VOMI India Marketing Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UJALSONS website, mobile applications, and any purchases you make from us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Products We Offer

UJALSONS specializes in providing authentic Ayurvedic and herbal healthcare products. Our product line includes capsules, tablets, powders, drops, juices, syrups, tonics, oils, personal care, home care, slim kits, softgels, weight management kits, and men’s care products.

  • Product Information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is completely error‑free. The final product and packaging may vary slightly from images shown on our site.

  • Allergen Disclaimer: Some products may contain or be processed in facilities handling common allergens. Customers with known allergies must exercise due diligence and consume our products at their own risk. UJALSONS is not liable for allergic reactions.

  • Shelf Life & Storage: Customers must adhere to storage instructions provided on product packaging to ensure safety and quality. UJALSONS is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by UJALSONS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

  • Payment: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. You warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Policy: We will arrange delivery to the address specified in your order. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. UJALSONS is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier issues, weather).

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Non‑Delivery due to Customer Error: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non‑availability, or refusal to accept, UJALSONS is not responsible for spoilage or loss, and no refund will be issued. Additional charges for re‑delivery may apply.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of healthcare and personal care products, our policy is as follows:

  • No Returns: We generally do not accept returns once products are delivered.

  • Refunds (Damaged/Defective on Arrival): If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or unsafe upon delivery, notify us within 24 hours with photographic/video evidence. We will review the claim and, if validated, offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order only if it has not yet entered the processing/shipping stage. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UJALSONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products;

  • (b) any conduct or content of third parties on the website;

  • (c) any product defects or spoilage not directly attributable to our gross negligence prior to delivery to the carrier.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Durg, Chhattisgarh, India.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be updated with a new "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
